In front of an impressive beach with crystal-clear waters and white sand, this beautiful apartment has a simple grass garden where you can sunbathe on its two sun loungers. However, they probably prefer to go directly to the beach and lie down on the sand. Then, under the porch you can relax with the sound of the sea and the stunning views of the endless sea and mountains, while enjoying a delicious meal or dinner prepared on the barbecue. The apartment is located on the ground floor, although it has several steps to access its entrance. From the porch, you can access the interior where a large living-dining-kitchen awaits you to watch TV-SAT or rest, eat or cook while contemplating the sea. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven and everything you need to feel at home. It has three bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; another with two single beds, and the third with a bunk bed. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. In addition, there is a second bathroom with a shower that serves the entire house. Finally, there is a separate room where they have a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. The entire house is acclimatized with oil central heating. The accommodation is very well located since it is an area with all the necessary services around it, such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, beaches and even nightclubs and a sports center. To access them or visit the surrounding towns, they have a bus in high season that runs every 15 minutes, although by car it is also very easy to get there and it is much better if you want to explore the coast getting to know the spectacular beaches and dream coves such as Cala de Sant Vicenç or Puerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia invites you every Tuesday and Sunday to enjoy its traditional market. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay.
